Lauren is a Graduate Sports Therapist, who specialises in injury treatments, which includes sports massage, rehabilitation and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IASTM) which is myofascial release work as well as therapeutic cupping and dry needling.

Lauren graduated from Chichester University in 2017. She has since practiced as a Graduate Sports Therapist within the surrounding areas and has come across a vast number or sporting and work related injuries.

She's very happy to provide support and encouragement to those experiencing hairloss and will work with you to find the best solution for you. She's highly qualified in her field holding Level 4 qualification for Scalp Micropigmentation and Level 5 for laser tattoo removal. Fully licensed and accredited.
